About Arcadia
Most people meet the UK debt system at the worst possible moment — after months of missed payments, in the middle of a phone call they did not want to take. Arcadia exists to move that first conversation earlier, and to make it a calm one.
What we actually do
We set out every debt solution available across England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland, explain who each one suits, and say plainly what it costs you — in money, in time and in credit history. Our finder narrows ten routes down to the few that could realistically apply to you.
What we don't do
- We don't ring people repeatedly. If you ask for a call, you get one call.
- We don't push one product. Some of the routes we describe cost nothing and involve no provider at all.
- We don't hide fees. Where a solution carries costs, those are explained before anything is signed.
- We don't pretend we're the only option. Free, independent advice is available and we say so on every page.
