This policy explains what Arcadia does with the information you share through this website.
What we collect
Through the debt solution finder and contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, the UK nation you live in, an approximate debt figure and whether you rent or own. We ask for nothing more than that.
How the forms currently work
The forms on this site are not yet connected to a mailbox or database. Your answers are held in your browser for the length of your visit so we can show your shortlist, and are discarded when you close the page.
Why we would use it
Once submissions are live, information would be used solely to review your situation and explain the options available to you. We would not sell your details or pass them to unrelated marketing lists.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records would be kept for no longer than six years, in line with standard financial record-keeping expectations, and then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@arcadia-debthelp.co.uk and we will act within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
